• Winners and Marshalls- depends on the inventory but they can have great art supplies if you look frequently

• Lens Mill- (https://lensmill.com/) they usually have great art supplies as well they are reasonably priced

• Mission Thrift (https://missionthriftstorekitchener.com/?srsltid=AfmBOorQ8oPJVtIa9XVQdQk6SOSf7HhtwIadrOBsQXP63_TpZg22QDz5)- used novels and hard children's board books also work great.
