Somatics x Breathwork
Awaken New Energy for 2026
Sunday January 18th, 6-8pm | Online via Zoom | $44 per person
An online women’s gathering with Ayesha & Aleah (of Release Breathwork)
On the first new moon of 2026, you’re invited to gather with us for an evening of somatic practices and conscious connected breathwork. This is a chance to clear energetic and emotional space, and invite in new energy, vitality, and life for 2026. When we gather together, even online, the power of community and sisterhood amplifies our spark.
The month January is named after Janus, the Roman god of beginnings, gates, and thresholds.
The entire month of January is a threshold, and we will be using it as such to shed the snake energy from 2025 and call in the power of the horse for 2026.
You’ll be guided by Ayesha through somatic grounding, organic embodied movement, and tension release to land in the body with presence. Then Aleah will guide a conscious connected breathwork journey to open the heart, clear stagnant energy, and call back power.
We close with integration and anchoring practices so the experience lands in a meaningful way.
If you’re yearning for renewal, recalibration, and a supported entry into 2026, this experience is for you.
Awaken, Dream, Feel, and Revitalize in Sisterhood
✨ Reconnect With Your Body’s Inner Wisdom
Somatic practices guide you in returning home to the truth of your body,
soften tension, and rebuild embodied trust. This connection is a foundation
for beginning the new year with clarity and groundedness.
✨ Release Stored Stress and Emotional Weight
Breathwork creates a pathway to clearing stagnant energy, and alchemizing
emotional residue from 2025. Leave feeling lighter, freer, and more resourced
to step into what’s next!
✨ Strengthen Your Voice, Boundaries, and Self-Leadership
Somatic work builds agency. Breathwork builds courage. Together, they create
the power to help you honour your needs, speak your truth, and make choices
that feel aligned with your soul’s purpose.
✨ Create Space for Renewal, Vision, and Intentional Beginnings
Access insight, creativity, and self-belief. Find ease in setting intentions that feel
aligned… and begin 2026 feeling spacious, empowered, and supported.

As a somatic practitioner with 10 years of experience in the wellness field, Ayesha helps women resolve trauma and reconnect with the sacred vessel of the body. She prioritizes the importance of resourcing and integration, creating a nurturing container where you can unravel and be held.
Ayesha integrates a variety of modalities in her work with women including embodied emotional expression, somatic experiencing and trauma resolution support, somatic partswork (IFS model), healthy aggression expression, breathwork practices, somatic movement and dance, self myofascial release, therapeutic enactment, and yoni steaming.
Her professional foundation and educational background is rooted in trauma-informed yoga therapy, registered massage therapy (RMT), and medical acupuncture. Embodiment and Somatic Facilitator
Aleah Wilson
Reiki Master, Somatic and Breathwork Facilitator
Aleah is dedicated to supporting others on their journey of self-love, trust and transformation. As a breathwork facilitator, somatic guide, and movement teacher, she offers a grounded, intuitive approach to healing that helps individuals reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom.
She blends nervous system regulation, embodied movement, and therapeutic touch to create safe, sacred spaces for emotional release, inner clarity, and integration of the feminine and masculine within.
Faced with her own medical turning point 8 years ago, Aleah leaned into prayer, breath, and surrender — an experience that awakened her to the body’s miraculous capacity to heal and ignited her devotion to holistic wellness.
Rooted in reverence for nature’s rhythms and the intelligence of the body, Aleah guides others back home to themselves. She believes true transformation begins with a single breath — and that the deepest healing comes when we listen, soften, and trust the wisdom within.
