An evening of weaving our dreams and visions for this next year and beyond ✨

Dreamweaving is the Divine Feminine art of consciously crafting the visions, desires, and intentions we hold for our lives.

From a somatic and therapeutic lens, dreamweaving is the process of giving form to the desires that live inside you, and mapping your desires through feeling-based process. It’s less about “thinking up” a 2026 to-do list (which can often feel daunting and take the magic out of what we long for) and more about feeling into what’s ready to be birthed through you. Knowing how you actually want to feel in your life is the most potent form of clarity you can have.

When we sit down and write out “resolutions” for the new year, often we don’t stick to them, or only stick to them for as little while. Honestly, it feels like a f*cking chore to stick to resolutions sometimes, and most of us shift into a freezy nervous system state around it because it feels like dumping more tasks on our shoulders! This a very masculine, “must-achieve” approach… and while there’s nothing inherently wrong with the masculine goal-oriented way of creating (it gives us structure after all!), when we blend in the feminine energy of FEELING and BIRTHING what longs to take shape within our lives, we end up creating with more soul alignment.

This workshop isn’t specifically about setting “goals” for yourself (although that might naturally arise in your process).
This workshop is about exploring what energies, qualities, and visions want to be brought from your inside world to your outside world. We’ll first and foremost explore how we want to feel in various parts of our lives… then, if specific goals naturally arise, we give them a name and a place to be seen.

Desire is the engine of creation!

Dreamweaving is about stepping into the power of DESIRE and PASSION. You’re not forcing a dream to happen…instead, you’re weaving it! Thread by thread, through imagination, sensation, intuition, creativity, clarity, and sisterhood. The process of weaving our lives, together ❤️

What’s included?

• Pre-workshop journalling and reflection prompts

• Blue Lotus Tea (obviously 🪷)

• A guided imagery experience — creating a sensual landscape of your dreams and desires, by working with the feeling of them in your body and the perception of them in your sensory system

• Embodied explorations through sound, sensation, imagination, breath, and gentle movement

• Sisterhood sharing exercises

• Vision board creation! I’ll provide all the materials (magazine cut outs, glue, stickers, poster boards) — feel free to bring any specific cut outs or materials that you want for your board.

• A note on time: Our workshop scheduled from 6-9pm, with a flexible end time. I appreciate the feminine, organic nature of the creative process, and realize that sometimes the magic is still unfolding when the clock strikes 9pm! I honour that these spaces are very much a co-created process, and as such I’ll check in with the group around 9pm to see if a little extra time is needed before closing circle.
