Inside She Rises, we explore deep process work, relational work, and trauma resolution methods. Together, we’ll be diving into the body’s stories, charged emotions, attachment wounding…and we’ll be doing so in community, where both lovingly witnessing other sisters and being witnessed is an essential part of the journey. This work is potent, tender, and requires a level of presence, resilience, and capacity from everyone in the container.
This program is best suited for women who feel they have enough inner capacity right now to meet these experiences, stay connected to their body, and hold compassionate space for others as they share.
If you are currently in the midst of an acute emotional crisis, or navigating something that feels overwhelming, it may be a better act of self-love to focus on stabilizing and resourcing yourself first before joining a program like this.
Once we’re in the container together, you’re always welcome to take space or step away if something feels like too much in the moment. That said, I encourage you to arrive with enough capacity to step into this type of space, knowing that we’ll be moving through potent themes together.
This is activating work. Beautiful work, but activating nonetheless. Please keep this is mind.
