Your WILD is divine š“ƒ¬

If you take away one thing from today’s newsletter, let it be this:
your wild nature IS divine.

Your bones carry stories 🦓✨

Stories as old as time.
Stories about your lineage.
Stories of our collective ancestors.

What would it be like right now to pause scrolling through this blog, and feel YOUR bones?
Notice the weight of your skeleton.
Feel that you have these wonderfully strong, dense, bones.
This solid structure.

When we connect to our bones, we’re simultaneously grounding AND remembering. Bones are our deepest architecture. Touching into them helps anchor us in the present, reminding us we are not floating minds, but embodied beings.

Feeling into your bones is a part of a larger umbrella of what I call ā€œprimal remembrance practicesā€

Primal remembrance asks us to honour the animal, the raw, the instinctual. Once we’re deeply connected to this inherent nature, it can then lead us inward and upward to divine energy.

The body as the portal to the divine.

Everyone wants to connect with spacious, light-filled divine realms, the universe… but without first rooting into our raw, primal nature, there’s no tether. No anchor. Nothing to ground the lessons into.

The path to this type of energy and connection is through the body.
We can't by-pass the body to get there, as tempting as it is.

We must connect with the body FIRST, before going upward to the more spacious divinity, otherwise the lessons won't fully land.

We can’t skip the grit.

So here’s my invitation for you:

Hit shuffle on this playlist I made for you
It's rhythmic, drum-heavy, upbeat šŸŖ˜ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ 🄁

Move. Stomp. Shake. Pulse. Get wild. Uninhibited. Raw.
Let your body move and groove around the room, expressive.
Take up space with your body and energy.
Let yourself be a little more animal, a little less refined.

This is not frivolous. It’s medicine. Movement like this rewires our nervous system, imprints aliveness into our bones, and restores the pathways of grounding and vitality that so much of modern life pulls us away from.

And from there, once the primal has been honoured, the upward path to the divine opens naturally.

We don’t bypass the body to reach the sacred. We move through it. We honour the body AS sacred, and as a portal into the greater mystery.

So today, I invite you to pause, feel your bones, and dance with them. See what happens when you let primal remembrance lead the way.

Have courage xx
Ayesha
