We were never meant to heal alone

Unpopular truth? I have a love-hate relationship with the term “boundaries”.

It’s kind of hilarious because my signature women’s program, Rising Woman, is largely about somatically feeling into your yes, no, and maybe, and repairing imprints from old boundary ruptures that are still impacting your system today… but the program is also about deep relational connection, because one can’t exist without the other.

We’re living in a time when loneliness is at its peak, and the term “boundaries” has somehow become diluted and misused, often turning into self-isolation, relational avoidance, and lack of accountability. This isn’t true repair!! This is the flight response in motion. Oufff. I said it. (p.s. I’m not immune… I’m writing about this because I’ve walked through it many times, on both sides).

Imagine me promoting a program that focuses on boundary repair while actively dismantling the word and what it’s become?

I invite you envision a version of you where your boundaries and needs are so deeply known, you to you, that simply your embodied presence alone communicates 90+% of what words often fumble to do justice. Imagine your embodiment being a sacred signal to the people around you, not to tear them down, but to lift them up. Empowerment awakening more empowerment. This is true somatic work in motion.

Boundaries don’t need to be divisive. In fact, they can be connective… especially if we’re creative, and still hold the important ingredient of human compassion… whilst not pouring out our entire energetic cup.

The truth is, we need each other now more than ever. In times of collective uncertainty and change, our nervous systems are longing for spaces that feel sacred, contained, expressive, and curious.

Rising Woman is for you if you’re devoted to your healing, perhaps even dabbled a bit in somatic work, but feel the call to godeeper. This is for the woman who’s ready to actively reclaim her voice, midline, and alchemize stuck emotions into life force energy, while being witnessed and held by a supportive group of sisters.

The world needs you in your most resilient, inhabited, alive Self.

I could sit here and write pages about  Rising Woman  … but instead, I’ll pause and share a few voices of sisters who have already journeyed through ↓↓

“This was a fantastic experience. Not only did I meet amazing, like-minded women, Ayesha masterfully guided me to deeply connect with my body so that I can more easily recognize my truth. It was great to learn new practices that can help me continue to grow and learn, and to be my authentic self.”

“Ayesha creates such a safe and welcoming space where I felt really held and free to explore. The practices she shared including breath, movement, and somatic work, felt so soft, feminine, and wild in the best way. I loved how simple and grounded everything was, with tools I can easily bring into my day-to-day life. I’m so grateful for Ayesha and this journey. It really helped me come home to myself in a deeper way. The moments that felt most impactful for me were definitely the somatic movement practices. They helped me drop out of my head and really connect with my body in such a real, gentle way. I also loved how Ayesha brought nature into the space through art and meditation; it made everything feel so alive and connected. And honestly, her playlists are lit! The music added so much energy and emotion to each session.”
