She Rises is a 5 week in-person program for women to build a strong, embodied sense of self and centre, to feel and express what’s been craving a voice, and to get curious with the endless wisdom that lives within your very bones… all within a supportive, small-group, trauma-informed space.

Embodied boundary work to reclaim your full-body yes and unapologetic no
Myofascial release for the pelvis, jaw, and core to unwind stored tension and residue
Primal movement and healthy aggression expression to unfreeze old fawning (people pleasing) tendencies and take up space
Embodied dance and improvisation to access joy, intuition, sensuality, and emotional freedom
Vocal activation practices to liberate authentic voice and expression
Somatic partner practices to deepen attunement, co-regulation, and connection
Developmental movement to re-pattern attachment wounds
Throughout this journey, you’ll build self-trust, sharpen your instincts, and reclaim a solid, embodied sense of your centre.

We gather on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm over 5 weeks, from Tuesday September 30th to Tuesday October 28th
Week 1: Root & Resource - establishing safety, inner support, and foundational orientation in the body
Week 2: Fierce & Clear - activating healthy aggression, embodied yes and no, and boundary work
Week 3: Feel & Reveal - emotional expression and enactment practices
Week 4: Sensual & Sovereign - reclaiming sensuality, making friends with your inner critic
Week 5: Integrate & Celebrate - celebration, witnessing, and weaving the journey into your being and life outside of our space
